All products on our website are made to order. By submitting a design or artwork for printing, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to use the design
• The design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The design does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• You accept full responsibility for the content of designs you submit

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem inappropriate or illegal.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices include free delivery to US addresses
• Payment is required in full before production begins
• We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and bank transfer for orders of 10+ pieces
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Production and Delivery

• Production begins after payment is received and design is approved
• Standard production time is 2-3 business days
• Delivery to US addresses typically takes 7 working days from dispatch
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Free delivery applies to all US addresses
• International shipping rates apply for UK and Qatar orders

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer:

• Free reprint for any manufacturing defect or print error on our part
• Full refund if we are unable to fulfill your order
• Partial refund for minor issues at our discretion

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept claims for errors in customer-submitted designs.
