This page applies to licenses for the PrintCraft Studio WordPress plugin sold on customedcreatellc.com by CustomEdCreate LLC (“we”). Our general Terms and Conditions apply too; where this page and sections 2, 4 and 5 of those terms (made-to-order printed goods) differ, this page governs software licenses.

1. What you buy

A license key for the plan you chose (Pro: one website; Agency: up to 25 websites) for the period shown on the product, normally 12 months from the day you buy. It includes the plugin download, plugin updates, support by email and the monthly allowance of our optional hosted services (PDF, image cut-out, image enhancement) shown on the product page.

2. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment your key and the download link appear on the confirmation page, in your confirmation email and in My account → PrintCraft licenses. If you do not receive them within a few minutes, write to orders@customedcreatellc.com.

3. The license

  • The key works on the number of websites of your plan. It is tied to the website address you activate it on; if you move to a new address, activate it there again.
  • The plugin code is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (see the plugin’s license.txt). What you pay for is the license key: the paid features, updates, support and hosted services.
  • Do not share your key publicly. We may switch off a key that is used on more websites than the plan allows or that is published.

4. When the license ends

When the 12 months are over, the plugin keeps working in its Free mode and the paid features switch off. Your designs, orders and settings stay on your own website. You can renew at any time by buying a new license. Nothing renews automatically and we never charge you without an order from you. We email a reminder 30 days and 7 days before a license ends.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund the full price you paid to the original payment method, without having to give a reason. Write to orders@customedcreatellc.com with your order number. Refunds are normally sent within 5 business days. When a refund is made the license key is switched off and the plugin should be removed from your sites.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days; our guarantee gives you the same period without any condition.

After 14 days we do not refund license fees for change of mind. If a defect in the software prevents you from using it and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused part of the license.

6. Support

7. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
